Our GERMANY made yarn dyeing unit has a total capacity of 430000lbs (195046kg) per month. Our high temperature yarn dyeing machines range from the capacity of 28 bags to the small 2 cone sample machine.

At first dyeing is performed in the laboratory and then goes for bulk production, so it is very important to have all the latest tools available. Keeping this in mind, we have made our lab in such a way that in can meet the international standards. Lab dip plays an important role in shade matching & this is an important task before bulk production.

Our drying department has the capacity which is twice the times of the dyeing capacity. We have the latest model ITALY made stalam RF dryer and a high temperature rapid cheese dryer. Our Dettin Berta hydro extractors enhance the drying quality of the dryers.

The company has a large capacity winding department so that the needs of our clients can be fulfilled on time. Our unit consists of around 1000 spindles which are capable of winiding 400000lbs per month.

As their is no such need of machines in the finishing and packaging of the yarn, but having skilled workers is more than necessary. Our skilled workers go through the entire stock and then only the stock is ready for delivery.
